All you need is a balloon some news paper and paste, Vaseline Paint and some empty toilet tissue rolls, wooden stick, string, tissue paper optional. NB: You can make past from flour and water by just combining the two together to make a thick smooth paste. First of all take a deep breath and blow up the balloon, tie up, coat in thin layer of Vaseline Now rip the news paper into thin strips and dip in the paste until soggy, start sticking on to the balloon in different directions until completely covered. Then leave to dry. Once dry you can start to make it into your desired animal using the tissue tubes and some news paper strips stick some on for legs and one for the neck cover these in the news paper to make them stronger and this also keeps them from falling off, screw up some news paper into a ball for a head or a sausage shape depending on the kind of animal you have chosen, stick to the neck with the strips of news paper. Now all you need to do is paint it as you like and leave to dry, paint your stick or cut strips of tissue paper then cut a fringe along the tissue paper and then wind it around the stick, The next step is to cut a hole in the belly of your animal, and thread string through the top for hanging up tie the string to a piece if card on the inside to stop it pulling through, and fill with small toys, that can be bought as a piñata mix sold in most cheap fancy good stores, or use wrapped candies. Put the piece you cut out back into place using sticky tape. Hang up in an open space and Please make sure that you keep the children away from the one that is taking their turn to hit it, You don't need any black eyes, Do you!
